I set up this appointment for my elderly mother who is from an assisted living facility in Centerville Ohio. I live 25 miles east of Cleveland. Tanya treated my 88 year old mother with kindness and respect. They immediately forged a bond and my mother said to me on the way out,, "She was really thorough wasn't she?" Tanya was indeed very thorough and professional. U highly recommend her.
Tana is very knowledgeable and very proficient at her job. My wife and I both had an enjoyable experience in the hearing aid seem to be working very well for her. Thank you and God bless.
Had one hearing aid stop working. Called her office and got an appointment within the hour. The problem was a build up of ear wax, and Tana demonstrated again how to do better with routine cleaning. Problem solved. Tana is an excellent professional, easy to reach, enjoyable to work with and very knowledgeable. The equipment is excellent. Highly recommend.
Tana is the best audiologist I have ever met. She’s attentive to detail, very professional, and listens to what I need to hear well and adjusts my aids to deliver that. She is not ever allowed to leave me. She’s stuck with me now! 😂
