One word is all that is needed to cover Annina is…..WOW! I needed some help on my pelvic floor restoration after my radical prostatectomy. She explained in layman’s terms how the intricacies worked in the pelvis region and an in-depth questioning of my particular condition. After an exam a tailored exercise routine was laid out. Very extensive and very professional. 10 stars 😊!

Dr Imhof was so helpful. She was incredibly thorough and careful. She was flexible and responsive to my needs. I have a much fuller understanding of what causes my issues and how to address it. I am in significantly less pain, and I have the tools to stay that way. Her approach to work on my body was excellent. There were exercises, skills, massage, guidance on breathing and relaxing certain muscles, recommendations for tools I could use, and a lot of problem-solving. I leaned a lot about managing things related to PCOS, and this is a safe space for fat people. Don’t hesitate to consult with her, she is wonderfully helpful. You will learn so much, and she is worth her weight in gold.

The setting is worth the price. Food and coffee were really good, if a bit over-priced. Outdoor seating with a fireplace and view of the square made for a wonderful breakfast find.

Dr. Anina Imhof has given me the tools and knowledge -- through education, exercises, and a lot of talking -- to help myself. I have gained confidence in my body thanks to her. I found the talking to be very therapeutic. Sometimes we need to talk to get to the bottom of things! I can't imagine having a better coach/partner for my pelvic health journey.

Dr. Imhof was incredible. She spent a great deal of my first visit getting to know me and my health background, and she made the conversation comfortable. I left with tools and exercises to do at home as well as a better sense of self. Excited to have this relationship.
