I had the worst experience today with Dr. Lazzareschi. His lack of empathy for something so traumatic has left me on leave of absence. I'm putting safeguards in place, which have worked because I don't require long-term treatment. I was under-medicated. David, his RN, made it seem like he couldn't see previous orders, basically lying, Dr. Nathan Tiesmann is seriously amazing completely different person so if you go make sure Tiesmann is there besides he is younger and sharper. Now, I quote this from DHCS: supply 3 days of medication. I understand that here in the USA, people are just lucky to go to school and continue. I was visiting the area and was in need of emergency medical treatment. Dr. Nathan Teismann, MD was extremely efficient and professional to do a thorough diagnosis before proceeding with a treatment plan. I felt fortunate to be under his care. He had a kind bedside manner. Nurse Patrick was also wonderful to treat me with so much kindness, consideration, and respect during a painful procedure. He was a true Hero! The phlebotomist and radiologist for my CT scan were also very kind and caring as I was in extreme pain. I’m sorry I don’t remember their names. The only unfortunate negative was when we first entered the ER waiting room. I told the receptionist I needed to lay down while I waited as I was in extreme pain. She said I could not. I received excellent care from the wonderful staff on my medical emergency.

My uncle was the patient at HH. We really appreciate all the excellent care from the nurses and the doctors. They are very nice and treat my uncle well, especially the Nurse Manager, Lily. She spent time and communicated very well with us about our uncle's health. She helped him getting out of bed, offering him pain medication, and getting water for him with her smiles on her face. She is a real angel who offers help when our uncle needs the most. Thank you everyone at the hospital from nurses to doctors and nursing aid, and physical therapists. My uncle is doing so well under your excellent care.

My grandma was recently discharged from the hospital. I appreciate the amazing and hospitable care provided by the manager, Lily and her staff. Carolyn the case manager worked with her and made the process simple and easy for me. Thank you very much to Lily and her team!
