Front reception desk and Katy were excellent. Had an appointment to pick up my new replacement ResMed machine. Had a family emergency and they both worked me in when I stopped by. Katy was great setting up my replacement and going over the new details.

Katie Scott is terrific. Always get great service and advice from her. Have really enjoyed getting to know her these last 4 yrs. A great problem solver and she truly understands the challenges patients go through with CPAP.

The people were opening the office just at the posted time of my appointment. After having a seat in the waiting room, I was informed that the person who would be advising me on how to use my new CPAP machine would be with me shortly. Within a few minutes, my wife and I were in her office. She did a very good job of educating us on the equipment and its use over the next hour. She provided her contact information, both phone number and email address. I was to call her if I had any problems. I could also expect contact from my personal CPAP coach. All went as advertised, and I have been using the CPAP machine without any significant problems over the last week.

Katrina was fantastic getting me appointments and helping with information I needed, very friendly. Katy was great with explaining my machine and all the attachments. She took her time and if I needed help with something, explained it again.

The tech is very efficient and excellent instructor on how to use medical device. Also any questions I may have had about billing was also taken care of. I give her a 5 star.
