Needed orthotics and was recommended by my podiatrist to use Resource O&P. Glad i did. From talking to Kathy, their exceptional receptionist, to Tyler who was fantastic with the fitting and everything, it was a great experience. Highly recommended.
Best place to get knowledgeable people who know the requirements for Medicare rules and what is good for your issues. Excellent customer service !!
Charges $50 because they refuse to bill the insurance. This charge is for the "card board box" to get the foot impression. My insurance covers 100%.... and yet they refuse to charge the insurance. This is very much a SCAM.
The only good diabetic shoe and insert place I could find in the St Louis area. They work with Medicare. They are good at what they do. They make the process easy.
Personable very knowledgeable staff. Clearly explained the process for diabetic she's with Medicare.
