Lina was amazing! I was postpartum with 2 kiddos under 2. I have always been an athlete and Lina helped me get back to doing higher level activities due to pregnancy/labor/delivery injuries. She is smart, has great bedside manner, uses evidence to backup her practice, and truly listens to your concerns. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a pelvic floor PT!

Lina is incredibly talented as a physical trainer. She knows so much about strengthening bones as well as improving pelvic health. She is also relaxed and kind. I am so glad I found her! I travel 30 minutes to work with her and it is so worth it!

I had two issues that I wanted to get addressed. One was knee pain from an accident that happened a year ago, and the other was painful menstrual cramps. I scheduled an evaluation with Lina and the scheduling process was fast and easy. Lina really listened to my ailments, asked many questions, and provided a safe comfortable environment for me to discuss my pain. She was very thorough with everything she did. I learned how my body worked and techniques to help me get stronger and reduce pain. This was my first PT appointment ever and I am so glad Lina was my PT.

I visited Lina for a deltoid injury and worked through it under her guidance. Before I started, even shampooing my hair was painful. The treatment was thorough and very effective. I was discharged slightly ahead of her estimated completion time. We always spend the full hour, work hard, and Lina sends a comprehensive recap with homework each time. Most importantly, I'm back at it again and feeling strong. If you want personalized care with continuity (no revolving door or turnover like a bigger outfit) stick with an independent like Lina!
