Honestly, I do not know where to begin. I have been to a lot of dentists but never have I experienced such kind and caring treatment as I have at Arlington Comfort Dental. Not only is Dr. Rhie amazing, the entire staff is absolutely wonderful. They are talented, bright and always welcoming. I cannot put into words how happy and relieved I am to have found them. My husband was a patient and kept telling me how great the office is. Now I have found out first hand.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this dental office! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with kindness and genuine care. Dr Rhie, Estrella and the entire team are absolutely amazing — professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly compassionate. They take the time to explain everything and make sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. It’s clear they truly care about their patients and love what they do. I’m so grateful to have found such a welcoming and trustworthy dental office — I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional care!

Their billing coordinater JULIE is The rudest and unprofessional person i have ever met. I have Aetna DMO insurance and confirmed via email before my appointment that the office accepted it. They replied that they did. Later, I found out they do not accept Aetna DMO and that I would have to pay. I contacted the office with my concern, and they told me they would resolve the issue and contact me within a few business days. I did not hear back for almost six months, so I believed the issue had been resolved. After six months, the billing coordinator called and said I had to pay,accusing me of not informing them that I had Aetna DMO. I clearly stated that I informed them I had Aetna DMO both before my appointment and on the day of my visit, and I have the original email as proof. She did not

I recently experienced a comfortable and painless dental visit at Arlington Dental.. Dr Rhie has a gentle touch and excellent clinical skills. Her staff is very pleasant and helpful.
