I’ve been seeing Jamila for over two years, and I truly can’t imagine going to anyone else. She has magic hands, she somehow always finds my stress and problem areas without me ever having to point them out. Every session feels intuitive, intentional, and incredibly effective. I always leave feeling relaxed, reset, and taken care of. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist who truly listens to your body.

I had a great massage with Eddie yesterday! She was very thoughtful, listened, and understood what issues I was facing with my pain. Alex was a fantastic! I have been dealing with shoulder/neck and nerve pain and Alex was very attentive and made me feel well cared for, focused on my specific needs and was communicative about what they were doing and my comfort levels.
