Resilience Massage and Movement

I received a prenatal massage from Brea and she was amazing! She was so attentive to my needs & very genuine. All the therapists were kind and happy. Went with some family and we couldn’t stop talking about the perfect pressure all of our therapists had. Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend this place enough. I originally found them through a Groupon while dealing with chronic shoulder and back pain, and I’m so glad I gave it a try. I now book every three weeks and my pain is nowhere near what it used to be. Wendy is who I see, and she is incredible. She’s professional, attentive, and always remembers my problem areas and what to focus on. Every session feels personalized and intentional. It’s incredibly relaxing and has become my go to self care and “me time” because it actually works. The staff are always kind and welcoming, and I leave every appointment feeling so much better.

My guy and I went for a deep tissue sports massage and they were AMAZING! Cassandra was definitely an expert. She got every issue I had and was just phenomenal. Highly highly recommend this company, they definitely know what they are doing.

Very professional and efficient staff. Wassen did a great job at deep tissue and my lower back pain was reduced almost completely after my first session. I highly recommend Resilience Massage!

I had a really, really great session with Julia. My back and hips, and some flared up sciatica, have been causing me so much pain during this pregnancy. I left feeling more relaxed than I have in 6 months! Safe to say, I will be back before the baby is here. I’m also really happy with how easy it is to book and as well the accommodating times for those of us who work past 5pm :)
