I booked a deep tissue massage with Anna as a gift for my mom, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Since I’m out of state, I called to see if I could pay in advance. Several other massage and spa places I contacted refused and said payment had to be made in person. This place, however, kindly allowed me to pay over the phone so I could surprise my mom. They don’t have online payment either, but they were still accommodating and made the process so easy. That level of customer service really stood out to me. Terrible! I didn’t even get the massage that I booked. For starters the pictures are a lie, it’s not a nice spa, there were many cases of water bottles just stacked all over the lobby, there was no locker room they expected you to take your clothes off in the room you’re getting a massage in like your at the doctors, and then they only gave me 1 see through white sheet to cover up with which would’ve shown everything. And they didn’t even ask if you have a preference in what gender the person giving the massage was. I know that’s not a big deal to everyone but I don’t want a man rubbing my body. I left and did not get a massage. Very disappointing experience.

I wanted to try some place new that could do walk ins as ny schedule is always hit or miss. I enjoyed the massage and felt great afterwards. I will be going back soon. My lower back and hips feel amazing
