I was in need of a new dentist due to insurance shifts and I found this practice through Google. After assessing the reviews and checking with my insurance, I was confident in making the call for an appointment yesterday. From my first call I was blessed with nothing short of an amazing experience. The receptionist was very pleasant and knowledgeable on my benefits and I truly felt as if I was a patient for years. I was also very happy to be seen the very next day! I had a great experience this morning. Everyone and everything was seamless. The services provided were timely and comfortable. I love the Staff and the personal care given to you. I love the new cosmetic changes made to the office. It's very relaxing. There is never a long wait. They're considerate of your time. The entire staff is great. They have stellar customer service. They always show you that they appreciate your business. This was my very first time visiting this dentist office and it was very nice, clean and neat. All the staff were very pleasant, kind and professional. I was seen by Dr. Brown a very very nice intelligent young lady who took very good care of me on my first day and told me everything What was going on with my mouth and what needed to be done straight forward without beating around the bush. She's very Professional at what she does💯. So far I can tell this is the best dentist office I have ever visited... This will be my dentist from now on without a doubt in mind. Dr. Resendes and staff are very detailed in explaining dental needs and services. The have the utmost patience when dealing with people who have anxiety with going to the dentist.
