ReNu Physical Therapy and Wellness

Cathy is just amazing. I was given a referral for PT by my doctor without real clear direction on who to see. I found Cathy‘s information in a Facebook Mom’s group and I can completely understand why she was so enthusiastically recommended over and over again.. As a healthcare professional myself, I tend to have very high standards, and my expectations were exceeded. Although I hope not to need PT in the future, if I do my first phone call will be to ReNu.

Cathy is absolutely amazing. I first went to her when I injured my ankle, and she helped me not only through the rehabilitation process but also with the decision to move forward with ankle surgery. After surgery, I tried a different physical therapy clinic, and the difference was immediate. They just weren’t as welcoming or personable. After two visits, I went right back to Cathy, and I’m so glad I did. She knows every one of her patients by name and treats you like a person, not a number. She genuinely works from the heart, and it shows. Five months post-op, I’m back to running, jumping on a trampoline, and being a full-time mom again. I just had my first experience with dry needling at Renu Physical Therapy & Wellness with Ms. Katie Palmer. I must admit, I was nervous. However, she made me feel completely comfortable. I have been dealing with below shoulder blade pain for almost 17 years. I've tried everything but no real relief. After this first visit of dry needling, I feel a noticeable decrease in the level of discomfort I've been feeling throughout the years. I'm grateful for Katie for giving me some relief and am hopeful that life without constant pain is a possibility. Thank you, Katie. I highly recommend that you give it a try.

Cathy helped me so much! I had foot surgery and was stalled in my recovery. She listened to my concerns and made a plan that helped me progress every week. She is kind and practical with her advice while explaining all aspects of the healing process. I consider myself very lucky to have found her. I would highly recommend her for a personalized therapeutic approach to healing from surgery or injury.

I had a great experience today, at Renu PT. I have had a problematic rotator cuff for a few months now. I had dry needling. It felt okay having it done, it’s a little tender now but the range of motion is much better. I will be booking another appointment.
