I recently visited this dental office as a new patient due to an unexpected dental emergency, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcomed and cared for. Dr. Rodriguez was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. They took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. The care and effort they put into helping resolve my dental issue truly went above and beyond my expectations. I also want to recognize the wonderful front desk staff. Their helpfulness, kindness, and willingness to find solutions for me meant a lot during a difficult moment. I have been going to this clinic since I was in high school (so about 6+ years now) and I have always been treated kindly and extremely professionally. Its pleasant each time! All staff are extremely professional and efficient at what they do with good organization and always a clean office. I even bring my special needs brother here, they care for him just as kindly and I continue to hope they do so. I would recommend Renova Smiles for everyone of all ages truly.

Came for my f/u cleaning and was done successfully. Staff were awesome as always. During cleaning, suggestions were brought up about doing implant or other available, less costly option (bridge), and available Financing. I choose bridge and I was assisted throughout the Financing application process and was completed successfully. Bride was done successfully 🙌. Can't wait to keep my smile going 🤣🤣. Thank you all.

I do not recommend this office. I scheduled a routine cleaning, but after my exam, the hygienist and doctor informed me that I required a deep cleaning, which was not covered by my insurance and would need to be paid out of pocket. I requested to proceed with the routine cleaning and schedule the deep cleaning at a later date. However, I was told that a routine cleaning could not be performed without first completing the deep cleaning. It felt like unnecessary pressure to pay for a more expensive procedure. Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience for my first and last visit.

Great experience! I had to get two wisdom teeth removed and a cleaning. They were very gentle and fast. Very very kind staff and very reassuring! Will definitely be going back for any future dental needs. Highly recommend coming here.
