I started PT with Joe several weeks ago to help address lingering knee pain from a surgery. Went from feeling very weak to much stronger more regularly throughout the week after our first session. Joe helped me identify exercises I can do on my own as well as got me to safely challenge some movements I was too afraid to revisit.
