All I can say is WOW. If you struggle with tight muscles or pain look no further. I have never met any practitioner who can massage to the deep knots I deal with. While he is a master of sports massage, he can also do a relaxation style that makes you want to nap on the table. I have been going to see him for five years now and I can't tell you how grateful I am. He has helped me work out issues stemming from imbalances that I have had since I was a little kid and has kept me doing what I love. If you have a sore back from all this shoveling, just need some time to relax, or have old aches and pains you haven't been able to get rid of be sure to set up an appointment! You will not be disappointed.
