Renew Physical Therapy & Wellness

I recently went to Renew Physical Therapy & Wellness because I was not getting the results I needed from a previous provider. My wife has been a Renew P.T. patient for the past few months and has constantly urged me to contact Mandy Tressel (Renew P.T. and Owner) for a consultation. At the initial meeting I was administered a dry needle treatment to my right hip flexor. For the first time, since my hip replacement surgery in July of 2023, I did not experience pain in my hip flexor. I'm now able to increase the intensity of my workouts and execute a full takeaway and follow through in my golf swing. After going to PT several years ago and not having the issue i went for fixed, I was hesitant to try PT again. I am so glad that I found Mandy. She is a provider who really thinks outside the box. My issue isn’t cut and dry and Mandy has been willing from day 1 of talking with her to work with me to figure out the root cause and how to treat my symptoms. She has admitted several times that if she doesn’t know the answer, she will research and talk to other professionals until she does. This gives me a lot of peace of mind in working with her! She is upfront and clear about her pricing and packages which I love. She is also a provider who takes time to explain the why behind what we are doing, which really appreciate knowing. Overall, I cannot recommend Mandy highly enough!

Mandy is amazing! She was very attentive to the issue I was having and not only helped to relieve the pain but to provide preventative measures as well. I have suffered with a knee issue for years and now can squat, lunge etc. pain free! She has helped my husband and daughter with issues as well! 10/10 would recommend!

I saw Mandy for pelvic floor therapy after having my third baby. She is full of so much knowledge and has true passion for what she does. She always has a plan ready, but also listens and responds to whatever you want to work on and can pivot on a whim. She has a masterful eye to identify root cause and always knows the perfect exercises to assign. She has such an infectious inspiring personality and puts her heart into helping her clients.
