They treated my sweet baby girl Mila with the most love and care I could ask for. She had an inoperable heart tumor and when the time came to say goodbye they never once made us feel pressured, rushed, anything negative at all. My son's hamster fell sick on a Sunday night. I called Monday morning and the receptionist was extremely kind and understanding to the urgency of the situation as not many providers see hamsters. She was able to work us in between appointments. The office was very clean and front staff were friendly and helpful. The vet and vet tech that treated our hamster were confident and gentle. They spent time answering all of our questions, did a thorough examination, and gave us treatment options. The vet was very sensitive to my son's worries about his pet. I would highly recommend.

Heartland Animal Hospital offers CT scans for cats at a price that is significantly lower than ANY other animal hospital in the area. They are sent to SVS Imaging for interpretation and given to you on a thumb drive, as well as forwarded to your primary vet. It only took about 2-3 days for our primary vet to receive the report and share it with us. They also did the necessary bloodwork, which was about $120, almost $100 cheaper than our primary vet. I am sharing this because my sweet cat Simba was recommended for a CT scan by Blue Pearl, who refused to refer us to Heartland because they "don't personally know the quality of their scans." They would only refer us to 2 separate clinics that are each 2 hours away from us, had estimates that were an average of $600 higher than Heartlands tota

Heartland was amazing when we had to put our best girl Boston down, they were great to us and we weren't even clients at the time. ❤️ It was truly a hard time for our family and they understood that. Dr Becker and the heartland team is hands down the best place to take your fur babies to when they are sick or just there for a check up. They really do care and will love your pet just as much as you do. My cat Gizmo may not like the car ride there but I know once he is in their care he will be in the best hands possible.
