I had a very positive experience with Renee Ott at Dermatology Partners. She quickly diagnosed the issue and handled it perfectly. It healed up great. My son is 7 years old my first appointment went well but I felt like I was barely given 5 minutes we had to hold my son down so he could get the shot to help with his warts and everything was fine. The second appointment they wanted to try freezing one which freaked my son out he started freaking out and the injections I think we're working so I said can we just do that but when they tried he kicked one time and immediately she was like no we can't help him walked out of the room and left me with her nurse. I tried talking to the nurse because usually I can calm my son down enough to get the shot like the first time but they were unwilling to even try even though he didn't hurt anybody.
