I've been here a few times. I've used the Groupon offer for the 90min massage. I have never experienced them being rude to me because of using the coupon. The receptionist is nice, the massage therapist is nice. She's always asking me if there are certain spots I'd like to focus on, and what pressure I want. The massage therapist will offer you water after and they send you a text to make sure you are staying hydrated. The building is clean, and has a cozy feel to it, which I love.

We have been happy customers for many years and have never been disappointed. Service is always exceptional, and Elena maintains a wonderful, relaxing environment. Everyone at Renaissance is personable, skilled, knowledgeable, and dedicated to providing a wonderful experience.
