I recently had the pleasure of visiting University City Nursing Home, and I was blown away by the exceptional care and compassion shown to us by the entire staff. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with kindness and respect. The true standout, however, was the amazing leadership of the Administrator . His warmth, empathy, and dedication to the residents and their families is truly inspiring. The Team took the time to personally welcome us, answer our questions, and ensure that we felt comfortable and supported. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated, but it's the people that truly make University City Nursing Home special. If you're looking for a place where your loved one will receive top-notch care and compassion, look no further. Five stars

The care my loved one received at this nursing facility, unfortunately contributed to their death. I wouldn’t want anyone loved one to experience what my loved one experience. This nursing facility needs to be investigated before they caused another death.

I can't express how grateful I am for the care my mother received at Renaissance Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. From the moment she arrived, the staff made her feel at home and treated her like family. The attention to detail in her care was outstanding, and we always felt reassured knowing she was in such capable hands. The facility is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a variety of engaging activities that kept my mom active and involved. I truly appreciate the professionalism, kindness, and dedication of everyone at Renaissance. It gave me peace of mind to know she was receiving the best care possible. Highly recommend!

Everyone and I mean EVERYONE is so very nice and professional.. I really didn’t want to put my dad in a nursing home but after visiting this place a couple of times I now feel very comfortable that I put him here…THIS PLACE IS NOT LIKE THE OTHER PLACES and I’ve been to a few

The staff at Renaissance Healthcare and Rehabilitation are nice. They make your family members feel comfortable...A home away from home. The place is clean, neat and orderly. I can go on explaining how wonderful this place is. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for taking such care of my Aunt, we have search high and low for a place for her. So glad we found this one.
