My children and I LOVE Dr. Escalona-Cruz. As a nurse myself I am confident in knowing that she takes the best care of my children. She is very empathetic and patient with my wild crew. She always listens to understand my concerns with a good bedside manner. Getting an appointment is quick and easy but our family has never been turned away for a last minute walk in sick visit either. Her staff is super friendly and always offering help in anyway they can with a smile even when we've had to walk in. Despite the always thorough visit we are always in and out in good time and very little wait. I have also been very impressed with how quickly the office staff has handled any issue the pharmacy has had with prescriptions also. Sweet, charming and great Doctor. All staffs are friendly and very professional. Dr. Escalona - Cruz is the Pediatrician of my 3 kids for couple years and my kids just love her and the rest of the staff. I never have hard time getting appointment for my kids. They even accept walk in patient even on busy days. There’s one situation that I had problem with my insurance so I have to pay off front for the visit but as soon as my insurance got fixed, Cristine called to let me know that they refund my money straight to my credit card. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
