Reliance Pharmacy

I was a customer at this pharmacy for over 10 years, but after this morning I'm not returning, not stepping foot in there, nothing. Yesterday my doctor sent an updated prescription due to a dosage increase, which the pharmacy failed to check even while I was physically there letting them know about it. This delay caused unnecessary and extremely uncomfortable symptoms and required my doctor to personally intervene. When I came in to pick up my medication today, staff stated the specific medication name out loud at the counter instead of using the correct terms (because who wants their medication known to all the people around them???) while there were other customers around. I can not say enough about this pharmacy!!! I walk in the door and they greet me by first name. They are always so pleasant and helpful. I never have to wait for my prescriptions. I highly recommend this pharmacy. They honestly do care and take care of their customers.

I was referred to this pharmacy by my psychiatrist’s office. The reviews looked good and on my first visit all staff members were friendly and very helpful. After getting my new prescription sent to them to fill I came back the next day, there were some issues with my previous pharmacy which was not allowing them to fill my prescription. After some time they were able to fill it however the pharmacist who is the owner made sure to tell me that he would fill my prescription today ( which is nice since I’ve been out for a week ) but made it very clear that I should go somewhere else since he’ll be losing money to fill this ADHD medication. I made sure to confirm the info he was telling me so I asked him if I should go somewhere else for my medication since he’ll lose money and he said correc

I've gone here for years and it's always been the best, fast, friendly service. Today they went above and beyond and not just surprised me but made my day. I went in to pick up 2 prescriptions for my kids, 1 of which hadn't gotten to the pharmacy (computers being stupid) so I left thinking nothing of it. Well they delivered the 2nd medication to my house less then 3hrs later, I had no idea they delivered but it was such a sweet moment.

Words don’t describe how superior Reliance is compared to the Walgreens and CVS’s of the area. I moved here a few months ago and had to transfer my script to Walgreens and it was an absolute nightmare. I transferred to another Walgreens after the first nightmare only to discover the 2nd one was even worse. Thankfully I found Reliance after all that. They’ve been amazing. The people that work here are incredible, so friendly and everything is fast and accurate!! Do not hesitate to utilize them!
