Reliable Pharmacy

*1/5 Stars - UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE!* Be careful here, and be careful. I recently purchased throat lozenges from Reliable Pharmacy in Forest Hills, only to discover that most of the packs contained lozenges with a gummy center that I didn't want. I promptly returned to the pharmacy, unopened packs in hand, to request an exchange or refund. However, I was met with utter disrespect and unprofessionalism by the pharmacist. The pharmacist's justification for refusing the return was absurd, claiming that the packages couldn't be resold due to "germs and bacteria" from my handling. I pointed out the obvious flaw in this logic - if that's the case, wouldn't the same concern apply to the person who opened the carton and stocked the shelves?
