This location deserves a 10 out of 5 stars! I absolutely loved my experience here! At first I was skeptical coming to Queens because we all know NYC office employees hate their jobs , but I can honestly say they all were amazing! Very pleasant people! The receptionists, doctors, assistants etc! They are all so friendly, patient with you, making the experience that much better. It is a comfortable environment and the place is really clean! I had a wonderful experience and I highly recommend coming here! They say the first impression matters and I was very impressed when I first visited! After having a nice run in with the staff I was more eager to get this surgery! I had lasik for 1 week so far and I can see everything! It was a birthday gift to myself and it’s the best one yet!

This is an amazing facility with a great staff!!! I have been a contact and glasses wearer for over 3 decades. From my consultation to the day of the procedure the staff made me feel welcomed and explained every details and question I had. The procedure was painless and quick before I knew it I was seeing for the first time all over again. I’m would 100% recommend this facility to anyone interested in changing your vision for the better. I thank the staff so much for their kindness and warmth. Amazing!!!!!

I saw Dr Ahmed at both the Forest Hill location and the Manhattan office for my follow-up appointment. He was very nice and explained everything clearly about how my eyes are healing after my surgery. So far, I’m very pleased with the results. The staff are friendly and the service is great.

I had a great experience at this location. The staff made the experience less scary. They answered all my questions leading up to the procedure. Ahmed was very helpful. I highly recommend this place.
