RELAXING PALACE Massage Spa

This was probably the worst experience that I’ve ever had at a business. It was my birthday yesterday and I told my best friend that I’ve been wanting a massage because I have a physically exhausting job. I’ve never had a massage before and I’m a very anxious person but I was hoping this would be a relaxing experience. So, she found this place and made an appointment for 3:45 online. She even called the day of to confirm the appointment. We drove an hour to get there and went in 10 minutes early to be respectful and check in or whatever we needed to do. When we went in, we were met by a woman who barely let us get a word in before she said “too busy”. We tried explaining that we had an appointment but she kept repeating herself, saying “too busy”. Edit: I am adjusting my review to one star. I ended up in the emergency room today, 12 days post massage due to how bad my pain was. Original review: I was really hopeful about this place based on the reviews but I left feeling extremely disappointed and quite honestly, in a lot of pain. I’m not new to massages so I have a good grasp on preparing for a massage, how they should feel, and how I should feel afterwards. TLDR: Got less time than we paid for, horrible technique, didn’t listen to instructions, pain, headache I had to ask the masseuse to lighten up on the pressure, which is fine because how would she know, but she kept forgetting and spent the entire time continuously increasing the pressure. Her technique made me feel like I was a dish with food stuck on it getting scrubbed.

I will never go anywhere else. Hands down the best massage you will ever have! No frills, no froofroo, no outrageous pricing for mediocre massage 1000 out of 10 everything! ♥️👍🏻🤌

I came here with back pain and a headache and they were amazing! Usually deep tissue massages are mediocre. This place was perfect for treating knots. They know where to apply pressure. The facilities were clean and they welcome walk-ins.

I had a massage here a while ago and totally forgot to leave a review. This place is amazing! They really took their time to prepare and give a thorough massage without rushing. I’ll definitely be coming back very soon!
