Relaxing Massage

Wow. So bad. The prices were ok but when I went in automatically they tried upsell me the two girl option. I felt so pressured that I had no other option to say yes. They said with the two girl option the table shower was free. So I guess that was good. When I went in they had me undress completely which was unusual for any massage I had done before. The actual massage and foot rub was decent from the two girls but they were constantly talking in Chinese or other Asian language the whole time. Totally killed vibe. Then when they asked. Me to turn around for front part they touched me. Fill in the blank. And asked if I had extra money for tips. I said no. And they continued to do their thing anyway. I to,d them to stop. They are the GREATEST!!! Every lady that I have had in last 4 years has been very good. Price is reasonable so I tip very well. I ask for their names. When I return I request same lady if available. If language is a problem the other ladies try to help. They do leave the room to get hot towels to wipe you clean of oils. There is a shower available. I have arthritis in legs and feet which is one reason I visit them. They even help me get dressed. I have been to several other Asian Reflexology Spa's and they have been pushy for additional services. I try to visit monthly.

I tend to never complain about services but, I felt this had to be noted to avoid for other customers to have a bad experience. The ladies working there do not explain to you their services and seem to be in a rush which disrupts the “relaxing environment”. I am sure they have great experience in what they do, they just don’t know how to convey professional and caring costumer service for what is paid for. Unfortunately during my visit I felt very uncomfortable as the ladies kept making faces and talking while I was still present, definitely not a relaxing experience at all. Anyways, I hope no one else gets to have the same experience.
