I can no tell you enough how much I needed the message. I am a large guy, and the lady went and climbed on my back and used her knees to loosen my shoulders. It was perfect. I have a desk job and a thick back so I needed the amount of pressure and digging into my back. You have to understand the culture difference, they are not shy and they may seem offensive to you. They convinced me to lay on the table and I paid a lower price than what the normally charge, because I insisted on the chair. Boy was I wrong to want the chair, I definitely needed to lay down and let them go to work. This is now Tranquility, inside Deerbrook Mall. Not impressed. The guys chattered away in another language the whole time. I asked for a 15 min chair massage. He immediately tried to get me to do a (more expensive) table massage, but I declined. I had to ask him to ease up a few times and I'm still sore today. Eventually he started saying "5 min"and I misunderstood, thinking he meant I had 5 min left, but he was actually asking if I wanted another 5. Then he waved over another man that came over with a stool and wanted to know if I wanted him to do my hands and arms for another $5... not worth it. Won't go back. When I went to pay, I had to ask him for the total, and when he ran my card he asked if I wanted to tip. I declined and he paused and repeated himself, and so did I, politely

Worst experience ever. I go to foot massage establishments, in santa barbara, we had a relaxation station that was top knotch. The massage men were talking to eachother the whole time. Not paying attention to the massage.. I felt like a 6 year old was giving the massage. Really weird experience.. While getting my 20 min massage, another man asked to rub my arms for 20 mins for an extra 10.00.. thinking I would melt into the massage as I have with EVERY other experience I have ever had, I said yes. He barely gave a massage and then only did 10 minutes even though I had clarified our agreement. This team needs to shape up, be professional, provide a massage and pay attention to client. WOW, I felt worse after my experience.

They are a scam .paid for a 20 minute massage it only lasted 8 minutes my husband timed it . I was on the massage chair so when I payed he said I got a “vip massage” cause 2 people were massaging. One guy massaged my arms for about 2 minutes which I did not ask for . I did not want to argue with them needless to say they lost me as a customer . If they were honest I would have not given them a 1 star review.

I love their deep massages. It caters to my body and what I need. A fair warning, if you are tender, do not go and waste both of your times. If you have any back, arm or neck complications, this is a place for you. They will work with you in sessions to relieve any knots or unwanted pressure. My tolerance for pain is high, and I have so much muscle tension that I request more pressure and deep tissue. For someone with normal tolerance, the pain would be about a 3.
