This was my first appointment and I would like to say it was great. Ms. Demares made me comfortable, explained everything regarding what type of treatments that were needed. Dr. Chahal was also so nice, gentle and informative. Ms. Diandra was super nice, worked me in, made sure I understood all my financial obligations and also scheduled my appointments without me asking! I would highly recommend anyone to come here! 10/10

My husband and I went The Groves Dental Group after not being able to see a dentist for 4 years due to not having dental insurance. After doing quite a lot of research on several dental clinics, we finally decided on this dental clinic and we're so glad we did! Dr. Chahal is so kind, thorough and gentle. We both had several things we needed to have done and Dr. Chahal explained exactly what needed to be done and how long it would take to accomplish everything. She patiently answered all of our questions. My husband and I both have "white coat" syndrome pretty bad, but the entire staff made us feel at ease as soon as we entered the office. From the very moment they answered the phone, the entire experience was seamless, compassionate, and professional. They listened to my concerns, scheduled me quickly, and treated the issue efficiently without making me feel rushed or uncomfortable. The staff is exceptionally. Their professionalism, character and "chairside" manner is unsurpassed. They are very thorough with their information, treatments and procedures.
