RELAX ! A Therapeutic Massage Studio

AWFUL PLACE! SCAMMERS! I had an appointment yesterday at 10.30 and I was waiting in the waiting area for few mins but no one really appeared even with them knowing I had a scheduled appointment! I tried to call but no one answered either! Finally I got up and started looking around and in the back room there was 1 guy who told me I m 7 mins late so I will have to reschedule an appointment and cant band policy for me! I tried to explain him that I was there on time but no one was available at the front and there wasn’t any sign posted anywhere! He was very rude and wasn’t really ready to listen what I said once.. He was just keep telling me to reschedule an appointment so they can make money out of that! This place should be shut down! With being such scammer to make extra more money out

He came and grabbed me out of the lobby on time, did exactly what was requested, massage was great. Light scent of cigarettes in massage room, if anyone is allergic to this.

Booked the appointment off of Groupon, Ended up having to reschedule. I wasn’t aware there was a $25.00 Fee for rescheduling. I wish I would’ve verbally Made aware upon rescheduling. I was willing to pay that though, because I do understand as a fellow business owner that your time is precious, and a loss of booking cost money. So just be aware and to please be respectful and if you have to cancel do so within the full 24hr period. Needless to Say my massage was wonderful, The man who did my massage was very professional. The place itself does not have glitz and glamour, But what I came for was a great massage and He delivered! Ended up walking out with a package of massages. One happy customer

I figured this place was a scam and had to find out the hard way... I had called and booked an appointment for 9:30 and put reminders in my google calendar and physical calendar right after I hung up the phone to make sure I have the correct time based on previous reviews. I even arrived 15 minutes early just so I made sure I could get to the correct place which is super sketch... no signage and super confusing I arrived at a door that said "do not disturb" massage in session so I patiently waited for my time slot. 9:30 comes around and a man walks up carrying a bag of junk food and doesn't engage with me. I asked him if this is the right place and where the waiting room was and he doesn't even turn to look at me just says your appointment was at 9:00 you have to reschedule and hands me a

Personally, I thoroughly enjoyed my massage by Lucas. I felt relaxed during and after my session. To combat some of the reviews, I had no issues locating the studio; building 207, room #106. I will say, he stays pretty booked, so book in advance!
