Rejuvenation Massage

I’m beyond frustrated with my experience at Rejuvenation Massage, and I feel like I need to warn others about how poorly they treat customers. I bought a Groupon for a massage months ago, and after calling multiple times and leaving several messages, the owner finally got back to me this month. That should’ve been the first red flag, but it gets worse. When she did return my call, she asked me what days worked for me, so I gave her my preferred dates. But here’s the thing—she already had specific days that worked for her! Why even ask me if she had her own set schedule in mind? It made no sense. She dismissed the days I offered and provided a list of dates that worked for her instead. I ended up agreeing to September 14th, even though it wasn’t ideal, because at that point I just wanted to

I bought a groupon. I was taken in early. She wore a mask. She's definitely old school. Actually uses her fingers to get the knots out. I felt like my mom (may she rest in peace) was giving me the massage. Loved it!
