I had an excellent experience with this dental technician. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and precision are truly impressive. I am leaving this review to formally document an ongoing and deeply frustrating experience with this office that has persisted throughout the year. As of now, I have been required to come into this location eight (8) separate times within the same year, and despite repeated assurances, my concerns have still not been properly addressed or resolved. On multiple occasions, I was explicitly told—either prior to my appointment or during visits—that certain actions, services, or follow-ups would be completed. However, upon arriving for these appointments, I repeatedly found that none of what was promised had been done. Very friendly staff! Everyone is super nice and accommodating. One of the few places that take Medical that are not horrible. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience. Fast, friendly, clean and patient friendly. I didn't feel rushed or unheard. Was able to get a first time check up appt within 1 week. I switched dental offices because my dentist couldn't get me in for 3 months...That's crazy. Therefore, I'm now an Anthem patient.
