Rejuvenate Massage NM

For well over 1 year I have had pretty extreme pain in my left elbow, I was unable to straighten it without pain or the need for nearly daily pain medication. After only 1 massage Randi was able to work pure magic on my elbow. I am able to now straighten that arm without any pain. In another session with Randi, she alleviated discomfort I’ve had in my hips for most of this year (so 6 months of pain just gone) it’s absolutely amazing what she is able to do and her level of Understanding that she has of the human body. You can tell that she truly puts her heart and soul into her education and understanding her work. I would recommend her to everyone!!! What are you waiting for get on her books now!!

I’ve been using the sauna for about a month now to help with a medical condition I have and it’s helped me a lot . I’ve enjoyed my experience! It’s quiet and private which makes it easier to meditate. I highly recommend it !

I've been seeing Randi for a couple of years now, and I can't recommend her enough. She's knowledgeable, effective, and has helped me in so many ways. Having a good massage therapist is as valuable as having a good doctor. And she's the best. I'd give her 100 stars if I could. With her sessions and recommendations, I've been able to heal and even begin to push my body. I started weight training a little over a year ago. Highly recommend! I love visiting the highly skilled massage therapists, Randi and Nicole, at Rejuvenate Massage. I recently had a sports-induced shoulder issue and the work Nicole did on it definitely sped up the healing process. I also tried the infrared sauna recently and it was a great experience- clean and peaceful space, and left feeling relaxed with less muscle tension.

Rejuvenate Massage 10/10 Randi got me the same day I called for an appointment! I struggle with chronic shoulder pain and carpel tunnel, not only did she work my trigger points but she also made me feel so comfortable and relaxed.
