It is astonishing the difference between the surgery center professionalism and the lack of respect and care in the ER The ER TEAM APPEARS TO HAVE NEVER RESTED AND THEY lack any level of energy! They are so rude and argumentative Please review your films and video in the ER TO MAKE CHANGES THE nurses and staff could learn a lot from the team in the surgery center. Your front office this Sunday is a team that should probably take a vacation. Still waiting after two hours and there was no one in the waiting room when I entered

I'm addressing specifically the Infusion Center at Gila Regional Medical Center. After almost three months of working with my specialist in Albuquerque, I finally got into the infusion center (no fault of theirs or my Albuquerque doctor that it took so long). I was on my LAST day to have a critical shot. The two nurses at the Infusion Center were AMAZING! My biggest concern with GWMC is that from what I have seen and heard, it lacks critical strategic communications and customer service skills. The two nurses in the Infusion Center had both and were excellent! They even scheduled out my next appointment without me asking. The flipside? Three times more expensive for the shot here than anywhere else even for someone insured.

Gila regional turned mother away even when she had emergency orders by her Dr. to be seen. I thought legally hospitals cannot turn patient away because "too many visits" or because it will take too long for insurance to go through and wanting her to pay cash up front. When I went in for a threatening miscarriage the Dr. Couldn't even understand how to read my ultrasound. I was told to see my regular doctor for help. I went the whole weekend in pain and bleeding with no help but they had no issue charging me a ton of money for nothing. GRMC has gone so far down hill lately. Your the one hospital in our town. Do better.

It's not only this hospital but all doctors office. I make an appointment, I show up early as requested, I wait 2 hours to be seen for a routine exam. Why?? What's the point of an appointment if your not seen at a reasonable time. Other than the wait, the staff is awesome, my exam was quick. Its a good day I'm going to lunch.

I had to go to the ER today. I was in there for about 3 hours total. Every aspect of my experience was top-notch and I’m grateful for the conscientious and professional staff there.
