Dr. Coch doesn't check your chart and doesn't listen nor does the staff listen to a patient. I clearly told both H. and D. that my prescription for the Libre 3 plus,(90 supply, "6 sensors" didn't get transferred over to CVS. I called on Feb. 24 before my appointment around 9:40 am and told H. that I needed to have "6" sensors sent to CVS so I could pick them up. Instead I got 2 which is only a month supply and the script wasn't even sent to the right Pharmacy location. This is the second time this has happened with a prescription! .

Great visit with Dr Reilly Coch. He assured me that I am doing very well in my diabetes journey. I more than appreciate his candor in my health care treatment. Also a special thanks to him and his staff for fitting me in the schedule!!!😊❤️

The staff is very pleasant and efficient. Dr Coch is straightforward and willing to explain the reasons for his plan for your health. He treats you as an intelligent human being not just an object.

Dr. Coch & his team are extremely professional yet personable. I never feel rushed while asking questions. I have learned a lot about this disease and how to take care of myself with his guidance. I highly recommend this office.
