We have left Reid Short story… the negative reviews land true based on our experience We tried Reid based on good reviews. It was closer to home than the other vet, they are gonna retire soon. Why not? Here is our “why” on leaving First 2-3 preventative care visits were outstanding a genuine love-fest Subsequent unplanned visits hard to get (3-5 days lead time) Prices on the high side but in range. LOTS of upselling of extra products and services. Opinion Staff and office manager are not interested in any question on recommendations. After the last outpatient procedure resulted in an ER visit the same day, I had questions when a new, surprising recommendation was made pre-visit. Do not ever bring your pets here. Briana Reid is most certainly not her father and should not be in this business. My family brought our pets to Mobile Vet for decades and were very happy until Ms. Reid took over. My dog was boarded there for a week in 2022 and came back to us limping and smelling of urine and feces. When I continued to ask to speak to Dr. Reid, her office manager was very rude in her responses and unwilling to allow me to have a conversation with the doctor. I've taken the last couple of years to outreach to people that have used Mobile vet and specifically had interactions with their office manager and Ms. Reid. I have compiled a list of 67 (and counting) people with grievances toward this practice and their handling of care with pets from office visits to surgeries to b

Very happy with Reid Veterinary Center, Doctors and crew are well prepared and informative, they take care of my pets and are ready to answer any questions I may have. They always keep me informed of what they are doing and what they see. All in all great place to bring your pets for check ups.

They saved my dog's life. My dog had a mast cell tumor. I was going to another vet and persisted in asking them to ensure the growth on his stomach was not cancer, as he has had one removed a few years ago. They repeatedly poo pooed my concerns. Even claimed they could not see anything, despite the fact that it was very large. Because of the pandemic they would not let me point it out to the vet. Thank goodness I decided to go for a second opinion. Mobile vet saw me right away. One look at the growth made them do a biopsy and on the spot under a microscope they could see the tell tale signs that this was cancer. They scheduled his surgery for the following week. The surgery was a success.
