Reid Ready Care Walk-in Clinic

Definitely the best experience I’ve ever had with a Reid facility. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes, the receptionist was very kind, and both the MA and NP listened to me and were very kind. The NP gave me excellent advice on how to best care for my strep throat with over the counter stuff to help with the pain while waiting on the antibiotics to kick in. She also seemed to truly care which is very hard to find these days. I will definitely be coming back here instead of Reid Urgent Care!

They direced to to me to the urgent care and told me that they already call to this site and explain all that I need to be more easy when I arrived. When I arrived to the urgen care, they never received a call and I supone that they only want that I spend more money for a urgent care without explaining what are the reason of the reuqirement.

8/29/24 First visit ever to this clinic and was thoroughly impressed. There was about an hour wait but that’s quicker than you’ll ever be seen at the ER honestly. The receptionist was pleasant. Our med tech that took us back and checked out my daughter was so kind and patient with my daughter while doing swabs. And the nurse practitioner Michelle really made us feel heard and seen and seemed to really be invested in getting our daughter taken care of. This is the best experience we’ve ever had with a Reid facility. Very very grateful.

Reid Ready Care is amazing! I have gone here from minor aches and pains to sutures being removed! Fast and convenient! An added bonus is that you can go shopping for your weekly groceries while waiting for your RX at the pharmacy after being seen!

So fast and convenient!!! The entire experience was great! Everyone is friendly and we were headed back home within 30 minutes! When I commented on the speed they shared that they meet a goal of 30 minutes or less for each visit 90% of the time! I was amazed! Would highly recommend!
