They ruined my mother's last days. If I could leave 0 stars I would. She spent a month in their care early 2025 for pulmonary fibrosis. Every time I visited, her room/bathroom was a mess. They left poop sitting in her bedside toilet for days. Never emptied or cleaned trash. We had to buzz someone to empty her full catheter bag. We had to call for someone anytime her alarms went off because no one would come. Nurses would come in confused on what her diagnosis and treatment was. I was told falsely she was in heart failure. Nurses didnt acknowledge her when they came in. She couldn't hear well and no one bothered to communicate with her. They kept her heavily drugged and ignored. She was scared, dirty, and miserable. She asked to have her hair washed and was told they couldn't. But when I br

I was treated with care and not just another number. I was admitted quickly and not forced out before my pain was being controlled by oral meds. The surgeons were fabulous and we had a plan for my inpatient care and then for my outpatient surgery next week. I highly recommend Reid Urology and the Reid observation floor.

My wife had back surgery - discharge day. What a disaster - I made 3 trips out to the car with items from 4th floor all the way to the end of the parking lot. I asked for help from the nurse with her back brace and she never tighten all the straps. We got home and about 1 hour later got a call they forgotten to pack her meds - 45 minutes 1 way back to the hospital. I waited at the nurses station for the meds as 2 nurses down the hall just looked at me - this was another 15 minutes or so. Surgery staff and doctors wonderful. After surgery on 4th floor wonderful, but after that 4th floor was a total disaster. Guess we are second class citizens as we are over 75! I can’t praise the infusion department and pulmonary care, heart, the doctors, and staff that did the surgery were wonderful. Surge

This hospital never changes I’ve had consistent stomach issues and it puts me in severe paid and the nurses always complain about me being too loud and they’re always extremely rude I’ve had my call button on for about 15 minutes and no one came they came and got me for a scan. The nurses just need to get a better professional stand point they act like they run the hospital when in reality they’re there to help the people that come in not be rude. Being in health care is not for the weak im a Cna and I know how you should correctly treat your patients coming in and not saying anything or telling me what you’re giving me because your irrated at me for being loud. Richmond Reid needs better nurses and put up to higher standards

Well I'm glad they are testing to see why my wife had a stroke, but service is mediocre at best. They told her she would be having TEE procedure Saturday so had to fast after dinner Friday. At 3:30 Saturday afternoon after we kept asking when they would take her for procedure nurse came back and said they don't do these procedures on weekends. Wow why would they tell her to prepare for it Saturday so I had to take a day off work for nothing. Usually Reid is much better, maybe it's just because we came in on Friday and nothing happens on the weekend.
