Rehab Associates of Crown Heights

The staff at Rehab Associates of Crown Heights are great! They are professional, kind and very helpful! I’ve had a very pleasant experience coming to them. when I ask questions, they are very patient and explain everything to me. I have seen a big difference in the healing of my injury since I started doing the Physical Therapy. Thank you for all you have done to help me!

UPDATE: On further research, it seems like the staff on hand, other than the PTs, have no professional training. This would explain a lot. See photo of job posting attached. ---------------- I had a very poor experience here. During the initial evaluation, the physical therapist made several broadly inaccurate assumptions and prescribed treatment without physically examining my foot or taking a proper history. This issue continued with the PT assistants, who repeatedly confused my treatment plan with those of other patients. This could have been easily avoided by checking my chart.

For anyone that is searching for PT or OT, go to Rehab Associates! They have an amazing team that is dedicated to making sure that you get better. I had pain in my wrist for years and even had doctors recommending surgery to fix the problem. However, with the help of Rehab Associates I was able to recover without any surgery! Everyone there is friendly, helpful, and professional. I could not recommend a better PT/OT practice.

If you're looking for a place on any problem of PT/OT that you have, i definitely would recommend this place to anyone. I had a wrist problem for 2 years, had gone to many places to Rehab, but no one seemed to ever find the exact problem with my wrist, which caused me frustration for 2 consecutive years. I went to this place and the PT named Daniel, took great care of me, I would definitely recommend him to anyone, he knows how to help and treat you for the best results. Ever since going here, I've recovered and never had pain again on my wrist. So if in any doubts of a Rehab place, just know, this is the spot.

Rehab Associates is a warm friendly environment for rehab. The staff is kind, patient and definitely efficient. Their kindness extends not only to the physical aspects of your problem but also to the emotional. This has been my best rehab experience.
