Emily came into the room and immediately said, you’re going to have to reschedule.” No introduction-nothing! She said this appointment is about an hour and no children are allowed. Her tone was awful!

I waited 20-30 minutes to simply get seen by my nurse. I feel I shouldn't have to wait that just to check my blood pressure and update medications. I am still waiting for my doctor to check on me after about an hour now. I feel I shouldn't have to wait an hour and a half to be in and out of the doctor's office in any circumstance.

Terrible Terrible Office, They never call you back (im on day 7) Do not give you any updates on preauthorization. I like my Dr and it's unfortunate I have to change Dr's because the clinic cannot run efficiently

Completely awful. I informed the doctor i had been seen in the emergency room and given an injection of Tordol, which didn't help. The doctor left the examination room, spoke with a nurse about upcoming vacation plans for 10 minutes, walked back in holding a syringe and asked if I'd ever heard of a drug called Tordol before because she'd like to try giving me an injection. The worst medical experience I've ever had.

Dr. Kuhn is one of the best practitioners in the valley. Easy to get into on short notice, visits are always prompt and thorough. Scripts are always waiting at the pharmacy by the time I get there!
