Gering U-Save Pharmacy

I received the most rude and disrespectful so called customer service from Liz and then followed up by the manager that took my phone call complaint. I'm assuming he's the owner. I was in the drive thru for medication for a foot fracture that's causing excruciating pain. I provided aries with my secondary insurance as my primary is already on file. Liz came stomping up to the window telling me that my company paid for and provided insurance isn't valid. This is after it being processed at the doctor's office. I told her it is valid that I have two coverages. She rolled her eyes at me and stopped off. She returned, threw my card in the little cup and said my company is lying to me that it's not valid!!! I called and asked to speak to the manager. He got on the phone I told him I wanted to

Same day I called for my meds to be delivered, waited all day nothing! A while back I asked for it to be delivered and eventually had to pick it up personally. I don't see why I can't get a phone call what's going on so now I canceled my meds cause I was told I would have them today and they about to close.

Ordered for a delivery on a Friday for a script. They promised to me to. Deliver it. The delivery driver would call when she got cl9se. She starts her deliveries at 230pm still 6 hrs after delivery time expires and store has closed I still don't gave my script. So u gonna pay the bills if I'm put in the hospital

U-Save Pharmacy is a my favorite pharmacy. Everyone is so nice and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my prescriptions are right and in stock. Thank you to everyone, especially Priscilla, for being understanding and patient on some of my worst days.
