this place is a disaster. the male older doctor told me my baby has diabetes cause he was measuring 4 pounds at 32 weeks. he told me to cut out all sugar and eat like a diabetic… my obgyn said not to listen because my blood sugar is already low as is so i need sugar. she also said my baby is just chunky. the doctor also tried pressuring me into all kinds of genetic testing and acting like i have no choice but to get the tests so me and my boyfriend just walked out. he talks in such a nasty manner. he likes to cause anxiety by going off on rants about all kinds of things that can be wrong with babies and then ends his rant with telling me that my baby probably doesn’t have said illness though. he never answers questions and gives off narcissistic vibes. he catches an attitude when i start t

The front desk is rude and whoever is in charge of scheduling is terrible. Getting told on the phone that you have a 2:30pm appointment, getting there ON TIME for the appointment that THEY tell you to be there for, only for them to turn around and say that it was at 8 am. No, it wasn’t. If they would actually call to confirm appointments, maybe this could have been avoided; Or even if they had called 15 minutes after the time they claim the appointment to be at, but they’re too lazy to even do that. It’s understandable that Dr offices here are ridiculously busy, but to refuse to see a high risk pregnancy for an appointment that is vital for mother and baby’s health is just simply medical negligence. The doctors are nice, as are the ultrasound technicians and nurses. However, there is absolutely no consideration for your time here, and their billing system, to put it quite bluntly, "sucks." They constantly overbook appointments. They open at 8:30. As the 8:30 appointment, I should have been the first patient seen. Yet here it is over 30 minutes later and I'm just sitting in a waiting room full of other people. At my last appointment I was told that they don't overbook and that they could have just gotten backed up because they only had one doctor and two ultrasound technicians. Clearly they always overbook. Whoever they use for collecting bills does not do a good job. They never sent me a bill, and I checked to make sure my address on file was correct. They over book. You wait maybe 2 hours before you get seen. Waiting that long being pregnant is horrible. It’s extremely uncomfortable sitting for two hours waiting. I don’t understand how your appointment is at a certain time and you have to wait. I have to drive 45 mins just to get here as well. Front desk lady isn’t very appealing either. I do the exact same job as her elsewhere, it’s not that hard to be friendly.

The front staff is very rude and unpleasant, they have a poor attitude towards patients. It is disappointing to be met with such unpleasant demeanor at the front desk during a perinatal appointment. This visit left a very poor impression of this office's regard for patient centered care. Being an expecting mother I cannot control my vomiting episodes, knowing that I called to let them know I was a few minutes late, no answer. When I arrived I was met with unpleasant women telling me their internet was down and didn’t know if they’d see me or not, she then asked my name. She proceeds to tell me that I’m late, I explain that I called and no one answered, I was then met with her arguing that no one had called and she had “been sitting here since 7:30AM” I showed her that I had called at 7:37A
