My experience has been one of comfort , feelings of being cared for by all staff involved. I have had a hard time not having the mobility that I am accustomed to since the accident; cleaning, doing laundry, taking out the trash has stopped altogether. This alone has made me extremely emotional, fearing that I will never be whole again and may have to depend on bad care givers. But Dr. J. McPeak is so kind and encouraging that I am put at eased once he explains what has happened which is the cause of the severe pain I am in. But once he does the miraculous treatment I have gotten twice now, I am good for up to three days!. It will take time though to be much, much better but when you have a physician well as his staff that are empathetic and not condescending; well it makes a world of diffe

This is one of the most DISORGANIZED PAIN MANAGEMENT CLINICS AROUND! Twice, the doc never showed up, once reg I waited in the lobby for an hour and a half, then I was discharged without notice. Yet they still will attempt to collect from your insurance. Know better,do better! They don’t even deserve 1/2 star, but they won’t allow me to go any lower....shame

Very professional staff dedicated to providing personal service. Took the time to explain, in detail, each procedure with a focus on making sure the patient is fully at ease. I would recommend them to anyone in need of their services.
