I admit, looking at these poor reviews I was skeptical when my provider referred me to this group. From the moment I walked in the door of the clinic to the time I was dismissed from my EGD, EVERYTHING was completely first rate! The office building is very nice and modern with a comfortable waiting area. All of the office staff was courteous and friendly. I arrived 20 minutes prior to my appointment and was processed in within 6 or 7 minutes having done my paperwork and checkin online. The nurse escorting me to my room took my weight and blood pressure was very nice and courteous. I did wait about 30 - 35 minutes for the provider to come into the room, but I learned that some of this time was spent doing research on my current issues and medical history. I ended up having to go see someone at USA in Mobile because they were no help at all. They made me worse actually.

Amanda was so professional and listen to everything and that shot she gave me actually helped my hip and my leg I like it there she was very good PA

Edit after procedure* Dr Shiao is an absolute boss. She's super nice, confident, and gave my family a personal update after the procedure. I couldn't be more thankful for the service she and the team provided for me. Before procedure. Below* Nice staff. Quick to get you back and seen. I'm appreciative of the service I received.

Horrible customer service. After being referred by my Primary Care doctor and contacting this office numerous times, I was finally able to get scheduled for an appointment. This took approximately 3 months. The day of the appointment they (the clinic) wants you to show up 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment... only for you to wait an additional 30 minutes before being brought back for your scheduled appointment. Upon finally being brought back (for screening)expect to wait another 15-20 minutes to see the doctor for a 3 minute consultation and then be recommended for a procedure.
