I used to dread going to the dentist, but my recent visit was surprisingly awesome. As soon as I walked thru the door I was greeted with kindness and a smile from Ms. Michelle at the front desk ! My assistant miss ASHLI was incredibly friendly and professional, taking the time to explain each step of the process and answer all my questions. The dentist was gentle and thorough, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Also shout out to the awesome hygienist Mrs Colby for holding my hand when I was getting everything done so I wasn’t scared ! Overall, it was a fantastic experience that changed my view on dental visits.

I've had anxiety around going to the dentist for most of my life. EVERYONE I have encountered at this practice has been kind and caring! From the front office staff to the hygienists to the doctors, everyone here has made me feel valued and cared for. Any time I need a break, they pause. They've worked with me on chair height so I don't feel upside down. They check in regularly to ask if I'm doing okay. They use the water pressure before using the metal scaling tool, which means my gums bleed less and my mouth soreness isn't as severe as with past dentists. Truly the BEST dental care I've ever received!! From a financial standpoint, their rates are reasonable. They're clear when communicating how much a service will cost. I'm just so impressed. I absolutely adore this staff! They are a professional, friendly & relaxed team of individuals with whom one can always have simple conversation & laughter. Dr Dan ! I’m a big fan! The absolute best bedside manner and patience of a saint. I immediately left my previous dental office because I was advised that at Bienville- they do care, they’re friendly their religion remains none of my business, they’re never ever pontificating, pedantic or rude. I absolutely recommend seeing Dr Dan & his staff! You guys are fabulous! Thank you!

I feel like I have finally found my people! From the ladies at the front desk to the x-ray tech to the hygienist to the actual dentist, this is by far the best dental office I have experienced. Zee, Colby, and Dr. Danh have the absolute best dental-chair-side manner that you will find. I don’t think I have ever in my life felt so relaxed during a visit to any dentist. ❤️🦷🦷❤️
