Regency Medical Pharmacy

I’ve used a lot of pharmacies over the years and this is honestly the first one where I didn’t feel like I had to chase anyone down. They handled communication with my doctor and insurance without me having to call repeatedly, and they kept me updated the whole time. My medication was delivered the next day after it was approved. Super professional and incredibly responsive — you can tell they actually care about getting patients taken care of. I felt like my family was taking care of me and it was amazing feeling the staff is friendly especially the front staff and pharmacists

I can’t say enough good things about Regency Medical Pharmacy. My compounding pharmacist, Ana, is absolutely wonderful—knowledgeable, kind, and always willing to answer any questions I have. They consistently have my medication in stock, and the delivery straight to my door is incredibly convenient. It’s such a relief to work with a pharmacy that’s reliable, responsive, and truly cares about their patients. Highly recommend!

Takes a lot for me to write a review but I had to share how good my experience was with the staff here, specifically Reyna. She always goes above and beyond for me to help me reorder and refill my meds and communicate regularly so I have no worries while waiting. Truly surprised and heartened at her attention to detail and caring towards patients. An asset to Regency. Highly recommend this pharmacy due to their exceptional staff

Not at all impressed with this pharmacy. The response times are not timely. They tell me they have not gotten documents from my providers office when the providers office tells me they have sent it, and that this pharmacy always says that about the providers offices. Both times that I have called them, I have spoken to a gentleman who is very dry, and not customer service friendly whatsoever. I got a letter telling me that my med was approved dated 2/10/2026, and do you think that they contacted me at all? Nope, not one single person called me to notify me. I had to call them and the same guy said it is 75.00 and how do you want to pay, I said I dont, I want it sent to my local pharmacy, he said call your Dr office and tell them to send it there. That was it. SMH..

They are like having a concierge pharmacy! Everyone is so nice, professional and responsive. Prescriptions are ready on time and they deliver to my front door at no charge. They also coordinate with my doctors for refills and cut pills in half for me as needed. A pleasure to work with!
