I called (very nervously, because Dental office!) but Jocelyn was so warm and kind over the phone. She was able to get me in same day, and now, I have my same Day Cerec Crown (fancy and so worth it!) ! I was blown away with all this new technology, and excellent customer service. Dr Soni made me feel heard when I wanted to address what was important, and Chris was so attentive throughout the whole process. All I have to say is that this office is doing it right, I will definitely come back for all my future treatment. Huge shout out to Denise for working through the finances with me, and addressing all of my monetary concerns. Thank you Park Place!

Today i visited park place dental. They prepared my two front crowns and were so considerate and caring and did a very thorough job. I ever had before with ANY dentist. The personnel are so fantastic. Chris worked on my mouth and I can tell his 17 year expertise and professionalism shows in his work! I went in for what was supposed to be a routine dental cleaning and left with a treatment plan that included multiple major procedures at non-insurance pricing, all presented as urgent and necessary. Trusting the recommendation, I paid in full up front. Only part of what was quoted was actually performed. After getting home and reviewing the charges more carefully, the pricing and scope raised concerns, so I sought a second opinion. That dentist advised that the more extensive treatment was unnecessary and that the tooth should not have been prepared in the way it was. Unfortunately, once work had begun, I had no practical choice but to complete treatment elsewhere. I hadn’t been to the dentist in quite a few years, and honestly, I was a little nervous. But Dr. Koh and Alexis at Park Place Dental were absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, welcoming, and made me feel completely comfortable. The entire process was painless, and they explained everything clearly along the way. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in what they do. If you’ve been putting off going to the dentist, I can’t recommend Dr. Koh and Alexis at Park Place Dental enough. They’ll take great care of you every step of the way!

After years of putting dental issues aside and with some anxiety I finally made an appointment. I really appreciated Dr. Soni coming out to meet me in the lobby rather than the assistant- although the assistants there were always smiley, nice and even said hello along my way. She also made sure all my doubts were answered and literally she went into detail on where my issues were. Xrays were taken and Caly made sure I was not in any pain or discomfort - if I was she made sure to adjust and try to make it easier. Denise even set up a payment plan for me- with years of neglect, the treatment plan make sense.
