Our family is extremely grateful for the care my father received at this rehab center. From the moment he arrived, the staff treated him with compassion, patience, and genuine respect. The nurses, therapists, and aides went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable, supported, and encouraged throughout his recovery. Communication with our family was excellent, and we always felt informed and included in his care. The therapy team was knowledgeable and motivating, helping him make real progress while still treating him like a person—not just a patient. My mother has been here for 3 weeks. We thought we would try her here instead of closer to home. They seemed willing to help at first. After the 1st week, the nurse practitioner decided she wasn't going to order her seizure medicine. The NP refused to call and speak to the family member facilitating care for the family and my mother. She refused to speak to the neurologist, refused to acknowledge the 5 pound weight loss in 2 weeks, and refuses to share the health care plan with the family. Now, everyone at the facility is refusing to inform us. It has been the absolute worst experience in health care I have ever witnessed.

I have never been so disappointed in my life with a facility. At first I thought it was a good place to care for my loved one . What a shame from top to bottom level of care. Clothes being misplaced, cell phone being gone and end result care of my love one condition gone untreated and ends up in the hospital, now health definitely declining.

I found the regency fairly decent, I did notice when I arrived that there was some pudding and a towel on the floor in front of the nurses station and 2 hours later when we left, the towel and the pudding was still on the floor in front of the nurses station. That kinda bothered me

To begin, the staff is good and seems to be very attentive to the residents. I've never had any issues with anyone there. Usually, things are pretty tidy; however my negative review was from my last two visits in which there was very strong bodily fluid and feces smell from the time I walked past the front door all the way to the 3rd floor. It was very bad. However, during my visit today it was better. I know there are a lot of people to clean up behind, but a clean and good smelling living facility is a plus to tenants and visitors alike.
