Dr. Jutte is a Stellar veterinarian! I heard many good things through friends and decided I would give her a try. I am very pleased that I brought My Frenchie pup Archer here. We have been coming here for 3 years now. Our new Frenchie, Benson is now 7 months and they're taking excellent care of him as well. All the Ladies in the office are friendly and professional! I really like that you pull up call in and they take you back when they have a room. The office pricing is actually better than most. Downriver veterinarians. They are all very caring and always have a smile on their face.

This facility was not able to help me but only because it would have been too far out of a scheduling for what my pet is experiencing. All the same the 5 stars go to the receptionist (Melissa?) who displayed empathy, transparency, and well wishes. It is now a vet I am going to keep in mind for wellness check ups for my pet moving forward.

Money greedy. I asked them to fax me over the vet records for my cat which are simply showing which vaccines she has received in the past so that I can add her to my new lease. They told me they couldn’t send me the vet records for my cat which I’m sure I’m entitled to unless I came in to get some of her past due vaccines done. Won’t be coming back here and I recommend you don’t either.

I took my little companion, Riley, here for 12 years and we were treated like family. Riley absolutely loved this place and looked forward to every visit as if we were going to visit friends, and in a sense we were! Dr. Jutte and all the staff loved and cared for Riley as if he were their own and they worked together with me as a care team. Riley lived happily for 15 wonderful years and I honestly attribute much of his longevity to the care he received here.

We rescued a stay cat at the end of last year. We took her in that day we found her to see if she was microchipped, she was not. They thanked us multiple times for saving her when we said we are going to keep her. She's since had kittens and it's been crazy. But love how close they are and how friendly they are. Always taking cute photos of our cat.
