Regal Valley Dental Care

So good with my daughter!! & they let her help out with everything that she could! I will forever go here and so will my kiddos! Also to mention , they had pumpkins decorated for Halloween that you could vote for! We decided we needed one similar for home and went to get the stuff right after we left the office! My experience with Regal was amazing from my first appointment. I have never had any dental work done, and I went in to regal after being seen by a different dental office who The main dentist was very rude very pushy and did not explain anything to me so I went to wriggle for a second opinion, and I know one of the receptionist and she was great and reassured me got me in to see a dentist. He explained everything that I needed to know why they needed to remove my wisdom teeth what they look like etc. and then had my surgery with Dr. Amazon. The experience with him was mind blowing again. I have not had any kind of dental work so I did not know what to expect and I was very nervous, but I did not feel anything from start to finish. Highly recommend.

I had a visit here today to get a crown placed on one of my back teeth. I previously had two silver fillings, and one needed to be replaced with a crown. The procedure itself went well overall, and I didn’t have any issues with the actual treatment. However, I did not feel that my concerns about other teeth were thoroughly addressed. While I understand that dentists don’t want to disturb teeth that aren’t actively causing problems, I do believe certain areas I mentioned should have at least been examined more closely. I left feeling like my concerns were somewhat dismissed. I do want to recognize the dental assistant she was absolutely fantastic! She was kind, attentive, and made the experience much more comfortable. If it weren’t for my concerns not being fully addressed, I would have

I didn't have a good experience with Regal at all. I felt talked down too a lot, I felt like I was just being sold options to pump money out of me and the pricing was astronomical vs where I go now. I'm glad other people have been happy with their experience, but if I don't like how I'm being treated or talked to I will shop around and find someplace else where I'm actually happy to do business.

My daughter is a student at Purdue, West LaFayette and needed to see a dentist asap. Regal Valley immediately fit her into their schedule and took great care of her. I am so appreciative of their care and concern and putting my mind at ease knowing she was in great hands. My daughter said that the office was professional and caring. Thank you very much for taking care of her when I was not able to be there.
