I highly recommend Liz at Redemption Therapeutic Massage. I’m usually a little nervous going to a new therapist, but she helped me feel so at ease. The studio is beautifully decorated and private. She asked me questions about what I needed and wanted from my massage session and then followed through with incredible results. Her prenatal massages helped me survive my 3rd birth. She has a special table that made it truly one of the only places I felt comfortable during my pregnancy. I could not believe how my body felt compared to my previous births. My hip and back pain were non existent. She really listened and cared about helping me feel my best. Every time I go back the experience tops the last. 10/10!

Liz is a highly trained, professional massage therapist who has created a warm and soothing environment in her studio. From the initial intake interview where you discuss any issues you want her to focus on, to the detailed and thorough massage, to the moment you leave, it's a completely therapeutic and comfortable experience. There's no pressure to socialize; you can easily have a completely silent massage experience, but Liz is also happy to answer your questions, or laugh at your comments. Liz is a very enjoyable person who is kind, generous, detail-oriented, thoughtful, reliable, and she has the best sense of humor. My husband and I have been receiving massage therapy from her for over a year, and we both can't praise her skills enough.
